YOUR Acupuncture CARE PROVIDERS
Robin Anderson, MSOM, L.Ac.
Robin is a Wisconsin State Licensed Acupuncturist and National Board Certified in acupuncture from the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). She has been in private practice since her graduation with a Master of Science Oriental Medicine from The Midwest College of Oriental Medicine in 1998. She became a faculty member of the college shortly after graduation and was a Clinical Supervisor for 20 years. Robin has participated in Integrated Medicine programs at St. Joseph’s Hospital of West Bend and the Columbia St. Mary’s Community Physicians group.
Robin believes that are all related and we strive to live in balance within ourselves and our world. Healing ourselves raises our vibration and spreads through all of our relationships. She believes self-knowledge promotes healing, self-empowerment, and generosity. Robin is an acupuncturist and an educator and adds essential oils and crystals to her sessions to help clients heal and raise their vibration. Robin facilitates growth and healing for her clients while empowering them to find purpose and satisfaction in their lives.
Robin has developed an extensive specialty in movement facilitation and pain management. Her goal is to reduce joint and muscle stress related to work, lifestyle and aging, improve fluidity and ease of movement and maximize sports performance. She wants to enable each person to continue doing what they love for as long as possible and remain healthy and active throughout their lives.
Robin has been working with crystals and acupuncture to influence the energies of the body for over 20 years. She has been certified in Crystal Reiki through the Angel Light Center for the Healing Arts. Robin works intuitively and her framework for her diagnosis and healing is Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Within this TCM framework, she has learned to read subtle energies and to manipulate them as well as working on everyday physical problems and concerns. The addition of crystals and stones create a change in vibration to facilitate transitions–not only in the physical but in the emotional and spiritual bodies. It is perfect for those under stress, recovering from trauma, or trying to improve their ability to flow through life. Those who have experienced it report crystals promote a deeper sense of relaxation and peace that feels more profound than acupuncture alone. Each crystal and stone has its own vibration and is naturally self-regulating. They are chosen to resonate with the energy of the acupuncture, the client and the healing process. More information about using crystals and essential oils with TCM may be found here.
Robin has added Young Living® therapeutic-grade essential oils in combination with a TCM derived Body Feedback System to facilitate healing. Using your body as a feedback system, Robin can locate specific muscle groups and acupuncture points that indicate imbalances in physical and emotional health or that correspond to symptoms of disease and determine the optimal Essential Oil approach.
Robin is available at the Bluemound location by appointment Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, and can do distance Crystal Therapy layouts by appointment. For more information, you may email her directly at wellnessmke@gmail.com
